Dirt of Life

I should’ve slapped you on your face,

For the filthy secret, you used to carry in your sleeves

For polluting my solitude, peace, and love!

You tried to color me blue

With the venom, you carried in your heart…

I should’ve slapped you on your face.

But, I didn’t. And

Made everything right…

The wound you gave me

Was filled with divine grace

And, I rose higher than ever, not to fall again…!

I didn’t slap you,

And you were forgotten like

An ancient gothic tale…

And you were killed by

The effervescent water of the ocean

Of time, of Karma.
